We’ve tried to keep the best parts about working in a practice together e.g., We have peer supervision each week, we will sometimes catch up lunch, or coffee, and we keep an eye on each other if we are working late. We have a dinner at Christmas time, drinks at the office some Friday afternoons. There’s no pressure, but the atmosphere is warm and supportive.
Your office is yours to use, exclusively. You have a key, and you are free to make your space feel like yours.

The additional cost of a car space is approximately $200/month (plus GST), added to the monthly licence fee.

The practice has reliable gigabit wifi 6E, shared drive, printer, fax service, and secure phone messaging system.

We have 24/7 access to the practice via a fob/code, with security monitored by the building concierge. The practice is secured via the building’s access control system and CCTV system to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
The practice receives enquiries via our website and from GP clinics.
Those of us who want to see new clients share these new referrals to supplement our caseloads.
Our brand is an ‘umbrella’ that we work under.
However, we also have our own identities. If, for example, we have another website, we can link it to our practice site.
We have our own profiles on the SpencerStreet Psychology website, and we have an option to develop materials together, or separately, if we are interested.
It can be difficult moving furniture in and out of commercial spaces.
We have furnished the practice with high-quality office furniture (Krost). In your room, included is a sofa or armchairs for clients, a desk, desk chair, and coffee table, and wall art.
If, however, you want to bring your own items of furniture, let us know.
Our practice has a modern, calming feel – a little more like a home than the typical office.
Consulting rooms and common areas are furnished with Krost commercil furniture, wall art by LifeInteriors, and lighting by AboutSpace.
It has all the conveniences of a modern office, with ducted airconditioning, polished concrete floors, carpeted rooms, curtains, and appliances.
Structure your week how you want it to be. You have access to the practice 24/7.
If you want to work nights, or 3 days a week, or see clients on a Saturday morning, no problem. Work as much or as little as you like.
One monthly fee includes: your own furnished room (for you to use, exclusively), 24/7 secure access, practice management system, merchant facility, secure phone messaging service, high-speed internet, practice email, fax service, use of practice kitchen including espresso machine, fridge, tv, air conditioning and all utilities.
Licence fees vary from between approximately $1400 – $2100/month (including GST).
