Spencer Street Psychology Access Instructions
Arrive at 393 Spencer Street, West Melbourne
If you require assistance entering the practice, please respond to the reminder SMS and the therapist you are seeing today will come down to greet you.
1. IMPORTANT: Key in access code into small keypad (underneath large keypad)
This access code was provided in your reminder SMS. Remember to include the # at the end of the 4-digit code
This code will open the glass sliding door as well as activate the elevator for you for several minutes.
Please come straight up to Level 1 to wait inside the practice once you’ve entered the lobby.
2. Take elevator to Level 1
Once inside the Ground Floor lobby, take the small elevator by the directory screen to Level 1.
Click here if the elevator does not move once you’ve pressed ‘Level 1’ on the control panel
3. Turn left once you arrive at Level 1 and walk to the back of the Level 1 lobby
Washrooms are available in this foyer
4. Walk down the ramp to the practice door (Office 101)
5. Key in access code into small keypad on the door

6. Relax in waiting area
Please take a seat.
The therapist you are seeing will take you into your appointment from the waiting room when they are ready to see you.
